I love these sandals - soft underfoot, comfortable between the toes. But the first time I wore them to walk any distance the strap dug into the top of my foot on each side. Thought their might be something rough under the straps but there wasn’t - I think that the shape of the straps results in a “corner” that chafes against the foot. Any suggestions? Really want to be able to wear these.
Hi Jenny, Thank you for taking the time to review the your flip flops. The Enviro Fiber strap quickly becomes soft and supple with wear and becomes a second skin in no time. I'm sure you'll find your issue will be resolved with wearing in. Please let us know how you get on by emailing us email@example.com directly. Tread lightly, the Indo Team.
The slipper is well made and non-slippery. However, the slipper band creates friction burns on my feet. Hence, still getting use to how it feels on my feet.
Thanks for taking the time to write. The specially made enviro-fiber straps used is unique in that it wears like leather over time but has 100% waterproof qualities. For some, it can feel stiff to begin with, much like a leather shoe can sometimes be, but softens and becomes supple over time. We hope this helps you. Please do let us know how they fare, as any and all feedback is important to us. Tread lightly.
