This is a challenge that we have never experienced before and truly will be a global and team effort for us to overcome. As always, we will continue to tell our story, offer comfortable footwear, and do our part in protecting the environment and our people.

At this time, our cause feels more relevant than ever as we are constantly promoting preventive measures of diseases and illness borne from pollution and humans.

We truly hope the world can come together during this time and get back to normalcy as soon as possible.

At Indosole, we are taking the necessary precautions and doing our best to continue operations in a responsible and sanitary manner while taking care of our community and employees.

For now, all of our stockists are closed due to the Singapore Government Circuit Breaker measures in place. Although some of our stockists do operate food and beverage services which continue to serve for takeaways, we ask that customers do not attempt to try on or request service for the stock in their retail sections as this compromises the social distancing measures that are in place for the safety of everyone, particularly those front-line staff that is staying open for business continuity and community needs. 

Meanwhile, our website will remain fully operational for local shipments coming out of Singapore.

During this circuit breaker period, we continue to offer FREE SHIPPING and to ease your concern over safety if you need to return or exchange your purchase,  we want to make it easier for you to not have to visit a post office or Ninja Van drop off point during this time, so we can organise a courier to collect your package for you. We charge a flat rate of $4 for this service. We will then send you your new pair at no extra cost to you.
