Indosoles are proudly made in Indonesia! We use high-quality natural and recycled materials which are locally sourced in Indonesia. Each pair is assembled with care and feature a hand sewn upper and our signature recycled tire soles.

YES! Indosoles are 100% waterproof and made to get wet and withstand nature's elements. All Indosoles have the same signature tire tread sole which even offers superior grip on slick and muddy surfaces. 

Not only is our use of recycled tire soles beneficial for the environment, but it also creates the most durable sandal sole out there. Combine this with our natural rubber footbeds and durable Vegan ENVRO Fibre, you get a Sandal that will last many seasons. To ensure defects don't hinder performance, we offer a one year warranty on any product defects.

It goes without saying that every foot is as unique as its owner, and depending on width and instep, some might feel tightness with first wear, and others might not at all. 

The straps on all of the Indosole styles naturally mold around your unique foot shape in order to hug it in all the right places. This process begins from the moment you put them on.

No, please be careful with your sandals being left in direct sunshine. They are made of natural rubber on the footbed which will warp in high temperatures or extended periods of time in direct sunlight. Make sure to leave them in the shade and in a cool spot when you are not wearing them. 

Being 100% Waterproof, all of our sandals in the ESSNTLS and EASY LIVING ranges are durable and easy to clean, and are even machine washable! 

For stubborn stains, we recommend any kind of cleaning brush and a natural soap. 

For our Handep Weave range with natural fibres, we recommend spot clean only with a damp cloth dipped into water with mild dish soap,and gently dab or scrub the woven fibers. Do not soak the straps or toss the flip-flops into a washing machine, as excessive water will warp and damage the natural weave.

We offer 100% full refunds on all online orders within 30 days of purchase, as long as your Indosoles are still tagged, and in their original box. Please email us at hello@indosole.com.sg with your Order Number to start the return process. You can return in 1 of 3 ways:

1. IN-PERSON at our flagship stockist, The Green Collective at Funan Mall. Let us know in your email request your preferred day for dropping by the store.

2. IN-PERSON at our warehouse in Kallang. The warehouse is open Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm (excluding public holidays). Let us know in your email request your preferred day for dropping by the warehouse.

3. VIA SINGPOST (with registered postage so parcel can be tracked). Please wrap the original box in recycled paper or plain kraft paper packaging to keep the box in good condition, and return it to:

Once your return is received and inspected to be in good order, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

We are happy to exchange your Indosole’s if they are not the correct size and are still tagged, in the box and purchased within the last 30 days. Please email us at hello@indosole.com.sg with your Order Number to start the return process. You can exchange in 1 of 3 ways:
