Getting the Right Size Flip Flops
Getting the size right is so important - not just for comfort and fit - but we're all about sustainability so making sure you get the size right first time does mean less energy consumed in shipping to you twice, and less time for you waiting for the perfect pair!
Our advice is to check your current sandals or open shoes for US/EU sizing. Ours is true to those systems.
Next, if you want to be extra sure, is to measure the length of your foot and the width of the ball of the foot. Then check out our charts below to find the corresponding size that fits you.
The difference between Men's & Women's Sizing
The difference between men and women's sizing is simply the width and length.
The design is the same. There are a few overlaps in length:
- Women’s Size 8/9 is the same length as Men’s Size 7/8. The width difference is the women’s is narrower and the men’s is wider.
- Women’s Size 10/11 is the same length as Men’s Size 9. The width difference is the women’s is narrower and the men’s is wider.
Our sizing is designed to be universal and you will find an Indosole that fits you.
Do You Wear Your Flip Flops Flush or a Buffer Zone?
Some like their foot flush with the side of the sole. Some like a ‘buffer’ zone all the way around. Everyone is unique and how you wear and size your shoes is going to be just as unique too.
Adults flip flop design/size is also different to kids flip flops sizing.
If you purchase online and it doesn't fit, we will be happy to exchange for you - please see our shipping/exchange information here.
