Where do you ship to?
We ship from Singapore to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Cambodia and the Philippines.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We fulfil our orders as soon as we receive them so expect to receive yours in 2-3 business days depending on the time of day your order is placed and whether it is on a weekday or weekend (we ship weekdays!). For International orders, delivery may take a little longer but we can keep you informed so you know when to expect them.

EXCHANGES - SINGAPORE
Not the right size? Colour doesn’t match your outfit / bag / mood? Not a problem.
We now offer easy returns and exchanges within Singapore.
We will be happy to exchange or refund your Indosole’s if you have purchased them directly from us, with the following conditions:
- Your purchase is a) unused, b) in the same condition that you received them; and c) in the original box, undamaged, with tags
- Your purchase is within 30 days of the original purchase date and you can provide receipt or proof of purchase.
- Your original purchase was not a sale item.
Please note:
- If you purchased your Indosole’s from an independent retailer, please contact them directly for their exchange or return policy. You can email us at hello@indosole.com.sg if you have any queries.
- An exchange is subjected to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value, refunding via store credit, refunding via the original payment method, or any other methods at the discretion of Indosole Pte Ltd.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE PROCESS - SINGAPORE

- The customer agrees to pay the cost for the return of their original purchase (We can arrange a return courier for a $5 flat rate). Please send your original purchase, in similar packaging to how it was received, to:
