Care:

• Use a natural soap and a cleaning brush or cloth. Indosole slippers are extremely durable so can handle the toughest of cleaning. They are even machine washable in cold water on a gentle cycle.
• Indosole use natural rubber in the midsole which provides unparalleled support you won't find in other Flip Flops. The natural rubber in the footbed prefers to be left to dry in the shade and stored out of direct sunlight when you are not wearing them. 

What's the difference between ESSNTLS and Easy Living Flip Flops?

The sole and footbed are the same. The difference is the strap and in terms of wear, they both wear similarly.

ESSNTLS straps are smooth, recycled PU that has a look and feel like leather, so they look a little more polished and wearers often say that they are the more 'stylish' design that you can "get away with wearing to a restaurant".

Easy Living straps are recycled nylon webbing with slightly wider straps. They are softer to begin with and wearers often buy these when they want more relaxed and casual flip flop style.

Do Indosole Flip Flops provide grip and traction, even on wet surfaces?

Can I wear Indosole as House Slippers?

Absolutely. Many customers buy them primarily as house slippers as the natural rubber midsole provides amazing support and comfort on hard surfaces. They also provide dependable grip on tiled floors and do not leave scuff marks. And being 100% waterproof, they are the perfect shower slipper.

What's the difference between the black recycled tire soles and the white recycled sneaker soles?

The difference is what the outsole is made from. Black soles use recycled tires and are the toughest option, so they're the best choice for heavy daily wear. White soles use recycled sneaker soles, which gives them a clean, all-white look on some of our off-white Sea Salt styles. They're still grippy on wet surfaces and durability-wise, they are built to last. Everything above the outsole is the same: the contoured footbed, the arch support and the natural rubber cushioning.

Do the Indosole straps stretch?

No. All Indosole Straps soften to mold to your unique foot shape, but they do not stretch out or loosen with continued wear.

Do Indosole Slides or Flip Flops need breaking in?

The durable recycled PU straps on the ESSNTLS are lined with a dreamcloud comfort 100% recycled nylon lining that molds to your foot within hours of wearing them, giving them the perfect fit for all-day wear. And the recycled nylon straps on the Easy Living are unlined but textile-soft straight out of the box. As with any pair of shoes, if they feel a little snug to begin with, wear them around the house for a day or two first. Most people find them comfy straight out of the box. But after a few wears, you'll find you won't want to take them off!
