ABOUT THE BRAND
Founded by Kyle Parsons from San Francisco, on his first surf trip to Bali in 2004. The sandals he was wearing at the time broke, so Kyle made a pair of flip flops from old tires, little did he know it would become his lifes passion.
We dedicated the last 15 years to being the environmental keepers of the future. We merged artisan skill with corrective impact, developing a laborious shoe making process that transforms tires to soles by hand.
A breakthrough technology was needed that could address mass scale. Indosole aspired to double growth while significantly reducing global negative impact.

Do you offer a warranty?
Returns accepted within 30 days. We cannot offer product exchanges on orders shipped internationally only on orders within Singapore.

What is your return & exchange policy?
Not the right size? Colour doesn’t match your outfit / bag / mood? Not a problem.
We will be happy to exchange or refund your Indosole’s if you have purchased them directly from us, with the following conditions:
- Your purchase is a) unused, b) in the same condition that you received them; and c) in the original box, undamaged, with tags
- Your purchase is within 30 days of the original purchase date and you can provide receipt or proof of purchase.
- Your original purchase was not a sale item.
Please note:
- If you purchased your Indosole’s from an independent retailer, please contact them directly for their exchange or return policy. You can email us at hello@indosole.com.sg if you have any queries.
- An exchange is subjected to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value, refunding via store credit, refunding via the original payment method, or any other methods at the discretion of Indosole Pte Ltd.
- Please email us at hello@indosole.com.sg with your exchange or return request.
- The customer agrees to pay the cost for the return of their original purchase (We can arrange a return courier for a $5 flat rate). Please send your original purchase, in similar packaging to how it was received, to:

Orders below $50 incur a $5 shipping fee.

Malaysia - All orders over $50 in Malaysia, are shipped free. Orders below $50 incur a $6 shipping fee.
Hong Kong - All orders over $120 in Singapore, are shipped free. Orders below $120 incur a $20 shipping fee.
Cambodia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam - All orders over $120 in Singapore, are shipped free. Orders below $120 incur a $25 shipping fee.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! We can ship to Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Myanmar and of course, here in Singapore. If you want to ship anywhere else, please visit www.indosole.com, our global site, to get international shipping rates.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We'll usually process and despatch your order witin 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days within Singapore, a few more days if going abroad.
